For listings that generate $4,999.00 or less gross bookings per month, Co-Hosting will cost exactly $250.00

Or 5% of Gross bookings.

For listings that generate $5,000 or more from gross bookings per month, Co-Hosting will cost 5% of gross bookings. Billing happens on the first of each month, and if you exceed $5,000 in gross booking fees, we will bill for the difference between $250 and 5% at the first of the following month.


There is no reason you should have to set a meeting or get a proposal for pricing. And it shouldn't cost you 20% - 35% of your gross rental income. Our pricing is clear, and it is right here in black and white. Of course, we'd love to speak with you...but we're not going to create unnecessary barriers or give you a sales pitch to justify overpricing our service. You deserve to know exactly how much it will cost without a phone call, leadform or proposal.

You can easily access the information you need at any time, without having to schedule a meeting or wait for a response. This can save you time and hassle, and make your process of finding a co-host more efficient.

Using exceptional cleaners is a crucial aspect of successful short term rental management and will lead you to higher occupancy rates, positive guest reviews, and oveall less headaches. Through trial and error, we've learned the difference between good cleaners and great ones. We're going to bring you the best...and likely at lower rates. You'll pay exactly what we pay the clearner, +10%.


Actual restocking goods cost +10%

Remaining well stocked in order to provide your guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay means having a enough essential items such as towels, linens, and toiletries, as well as other amenities that your guests may appreciate, such as coffee, tea, and snacks. We're going to keep you stocked at all times. You'll pay exactly what we pay for goods, +10%.
