Short term rentals is a business that rises and falls on first impressions, response time and home presentation. We're going to take all three of those tasks on for you. Our team of guest experience experts are standing by and communicating with guests all day long every day. We've trained them in the pre-pandemic ways of "the customer is always right." We're going to take their experience, expetise and expedite your guest response time. We follow up within an hour of a guest inquiry. Of course, you'll have full access to the messages in real time, co you can check in on us to make sure that we're making you proud.
As an owner, I can assure you that one of the most difficult and mundane tasks is managing a high occupancy rental. In my first month as an STR owner, I had twelve cleanings. Thankfully, my cleaner was (and still is) awesome. We're going to take that coordination off of your plate too. We'll make sure that the cleaner shows up and delivers an exceptional product.
If you're like us, you like to make sure that all of the essentials are there and that your guests have more than enough to get them through their first night. We take pride in what we leave for our guests and will be making sure that you place remains stocked with all of the essentials necessary. And...we'll say it again, you'll pay cost +10%.
